Holmes Martial Arts has been offering instruction since 1991. Starting out as a YMCA outreach program Master Norman Holmes has grown his school into a family oriented martial arts center. Located in Winslow, NJ.
Our greatest responsibility is to instill in our students a sense of discipline and a code of ethics to inspire them to lead exemplary lives as leaders in the community. Holmes Martial Arts has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.
Master Holmes takes a non-traditional approach toward his teachings. Tae kwon do is blended with other styles to better the art. Hap Kido, Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung Fu, Wing Chung, and Kickboxing are all incorporated into Master Holmes’s teaching.
